I accept PayPal for all items; PayPal ID: dearliette {AT} gmail {DOT} com.

Express Checkout: You don't need a PayPal account to use it! Through PayPal you can also pay with a credit card or an eCheck. Please note: If you choose to pay with an eCheck, I cannot send you your item until the eCheck has cleared; this takes a few days (Excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping is based on weight. Items are shipped USPS 1st Class or Priority Mail within 3 business days -- excluding weekends and holidays -- of receipt of payment. (Or within 3 business days once an eCheck has cleared.) If need your item shipped sooner, please contact me and I may be able to accommodate you.

Handling Fee: I charge $1.00 to cover the cost of P.O. trips and/or Delivery Confirmation.

Being Green: I try to reuse or incorporate recycled packaging materials when shipping. I do not included printed invoices in my shipments but if you would like one please let me know.

Delivery Time: Although I post shipments in a timely manner I cannot guarantee delivery dates

Product Condition: The Fabled Needle is not responsible for damages incurred during the shipping process. Please contact USPS for more information.

Please contact me within 5 days of receipt of purchase for a refund or exchange. Items returned must be in pristine and unused condition! Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless reason for return is my mistake. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Downloadable Goods: Due to the nature of electronic files (I.e. PDFs, JPGs; all digital patterns and kits), there is no refund on these items. Store credit given at my discretion. Thank you for understanding.

Copyright: Sale and/or use of goods does not transfer copyright from The Fabled Needle to anyone who has purchased or has gotten possession of said good, tangible or intangible (downloadable, electronic files such as but not limited to PDFs and JPGs). For downloadable goods, you, as the customer, are buying a license to use said products (See below). Product descriptions state which type of license is included in the purchase of the corresponding good.

Resale and Distribution Prohibited: You may not distribute or resell digital files. You may not resell printed collage sheets made from the JPG file or resell printed PNGs as embellishments.

Personal Use License: If you have purchased a good with a Personal Use License you may use this item for unlimited personal (not for profit) use only. This would include a personal blog where you do NOT promote your own business.

Limited Commercial Use: If you have purchased a good with a Limited Commercial Use License you may use this good in up to 200 pieces that you will sell; up to 500 pieces for promotional items (I.e. postcards, flyers, etc.) excluding product packaging and business cards which is unlimited. Pieces for sale and promotion must be finished and unique goods where The Fabled Needle elements are simply only a part of the design. (See "Resale and Distribution Prohibited" above.) You have unlimited use of these items for your website design and blog but if you are a designer doing web design work for hire, you may only use this kit for one project.
